The engagement is structured to get the profit architecture in place without disrupting how your business runs. We meet fortnightly for focused strategy sessions, with the build happening between calls.

    We map the full financial picture. Revenue streams, cost structures, pricing architecture, cash flow patterns, and founder pay history. Everything is quantified. We review your existing systems and establish the data integration plan. The CEO Command Centre design begins here, built around your specific business model, your specific numbers, and the specific decisions you face.

  2. Weeks 4–8

    2. The build

    The CEO Command Centre goes live, connected to your marketing, sales, operations, and finance systems. Profit First is implemented and calibrated. The decision system is installed. You start using the infrastructure in real time, making actual business decisions from it. This is where the work becomes tangible. You're no longer looking at reports. You're operating from a command centre.

  3. Weeks 9–12

    3. Calibration, training, and handover

    The system is refined based on how it performs in practice. Benchmarks are set. KPIs are locked. You receive full training on operating every component of the system independently. By week 12, you can run the CEO Command Centre, interpret the data, and make decisions from it without Anwin in the room.

You leave owning, understanding, and using the system. The engagement ends. The infrastructure doesn’t.

The retainer is available by invitation to Profit Advisory graduates. It’s discussed at the end of the 12-week engagement, if it’s relevant.
